С.2 Project purpose
-
Development of training programs by ecological education in system of continuous education of teachers and teachers in the context of a multilevel education system in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.
Testing, introduction, recognition at the official level and consecutive use of remote training courses on ecology in the context of a multilevel education system in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.
Modernization of the existing training programs in the context of ecological education and environment protection.

Contribution of modernization of education systems of the partner countries.
Contribution to improvement of quality of high school formation of the partner countries.
Expansion of educational opportunities of higher education institutions in the partner countries and the EU, the international cooperation, ability to modernization.

Creation of contacts between educational and research establishments in the partner countries and EU countries.
Contribution to mutual understanding between the people and cultures in the EU and the partner countries.
Training of the pedagogical personnel.

С.5 Резюме проекта
The project promotes development of system of continuous education for target groups of teachers in the sphere of professional education and teachers of comprehensive schools in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine. For these target groups training remote courses on ecology that corresponds to the priority directions of government programs in the field of ecological education in the context of a multilevel education system in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine will be developed and introduced. The project coordinator is the Bremen University. Universities participate in implementation of the project also from Gomel, Minsk and Vitebsk (Belarus), Lipetsk, Magnitogorsk, Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov on Don, St. Petersburg (Russia), Kiev, Simferopol/Sevastopol, Chernavtsov, Pereyaslav-Hmelnitska (Ukraine). They are supported by the European partner universities from Germany, Latvia, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The events held in the first year of implementation of the project will be aimed at training of teachers of universities of the partner countries, at carrying out the conceptual analysis of a perspective, and also at development of the system of distance learning. The main objective of the second year of implementation of the project – development of courses; within the third year testing, introduction and completion of the software product will be held.
